Nature meets art

The design of this birdhouse is strongly influenced by the great artist and humanist Friedensreich Hundertwasser. They do not obey conventional patterns but consist of playful colours and shapes. The manufacture and the selection of material has also been influenced by Hundertwasser's demand for "wholeness". Thus, the birdhouse is built exclusively with wood from German trees and painted with environmentally-friendly acrylic colours. You can order this model in two variants - to be fixed on a stand or to be hung from a wall. The birdhouse on the stand is a combined feeding- and brooding-place, while the wall version is designed as a classical breeding station.


Note:
The birdhouse is made from solid wood. In extreme heat cracks might develop. Please note that it is ideally placed in half shade. Do not store the birdhouse in heated rooms.
