Lying Donata

She coddles the wall with her voluptuous curves, the lying Donata. Noble, in gold-plated steel, she decorates indoor areas as well as the outside. The hangers for the wall are included. "Donata" is a work from Hamburger artist Gisela Buchholz, who's themes include the dancing, moving human body. She explores abstract "body-worlds" with diverse materials such as steel and bronze to make small or overdimensional sculptures that cross normal boundaries.
